Service OverviewSytlink provides structured, plan-based website solutions designed to establish and manage your online presence.Services include:• Website design and setup• Hosting and subdomain allocation• Feature integration based on selected plan• Ongoing updates and support (limited per plan)Sytlink operates as a service provider, not a software licence or website builder platform.3. Plan-Based ServicesAll services are strictly delivered according to the selected plan.Each plan defines:• Website structure and complexity• Features and integrations• Monthly update limits• Support levelRequests outside the selected plan scope:• May be declined, or• May require an upgrade or additional fee4. Setup FeesAll setup fees are:• Once-off payments• Non-refundable• Required before any work begins5. Subscription & Billing5.1 Payment Structure• Services are billed monthly or annually• Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate• Payment must be made in advance5.2 Renewal• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled• Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of renewal5.3 Non-PaymentFailure to maintain payment may result in:• Suspension of the website• Restricted access to services• Removal of hosted contentSytlink reserves the right to terminate services after non-payment.6. Domain Policy6.1 Subdomains• Subdomains are provided as part of the service• These remain under Sytlink infrastructure and are not owned by the client6.2 Custom Domains• Available as an add-on (monthly plans) or included (annual plans)6.3 Ownership• Domain ownership is transferred only after completion of the first full annual billing cycle• If cancelled before completion, ownership may not be transferred7. Demo & Final Website• Any demo or preview provided is for demonstration purposes only• The final website will be customised based on:° Selected plan° Client-provided content° Approved structure8. Client ResponsibilitiesYou agree to provide:• Accurate and complete business information• Service details and pricing• Content, images, and branding (where required)Sytlink is not responsible for:• Errors due to incorrect information• Legal compliance of client content9. Updates & RevisionsEach plan includes a fixed number of updates:• Starter Plan: 2 updates/month• Growth Plan: 3 updates/month• Venture Plan: Priority updatesAdditional updates:• May be billed separately• Or require a plan upgrade10. Upgrades & Downgrades• Plan upgrades are allowed at any time• Upgrade fees will be prorated based on the remaining billing period• Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle11. Refund PolicySytlink operates under a strict no-refund policy.No refunds will be issued for:• Setup fees• Subscription payments• Partially or fully delivered servicesRefunds will only be considered if Sytlink fails to deliver services as defined in the selected plan.12.
